Research Biography

I am a Professor of School of Psychology in Shandong Normal University (China) since 2000, and got my Ph.D. in developmental and educational psychology from Beijing Normal University in 2005. My research interests focus on the following areas: efficacy teacher and its cultivation, creativity of students and its cultivation, creativity and talent, curriculum and learning, my interested areas also includes emotion and motivation, learning strategies, decision makingsocial climate and social cognition. I investigate the personal characteristics, cognitive traits and the developmental progress of excellence teacher using quantity and quality methods. I put great efforts on teachers’ creativity fostering behavior investigation and practice, and carried out a creativity fostering programs in elementary and junior high schools. I’m a member of Professional Committee of Chinese Social Psychology, executive director of Shandong Social Psychological Association and Shandong Creative Education Research Association. Full Membership of International Research Association for Talent Development and Excellence(IRATDE). Between degrees of M.A and Ph.D, I taught in primary school for 3 years.

These studies described the factors impacting creativity, the conceptual structure of creativity of scientists with creative achievements, characteristics of creative talents and the enlightenment to education.
