- PasswordPlus, is a private password system that lets every individual
broker maintain and manage a private database of SaleTrack records. The
password sets the user level, determines the number of records permitted in
the private database and sets the recycle period (the number of days that
the prospect records remains private.)
- If your company has strict rules about territories our Territory Control
Module can verify each inquiry against your supplied RR database - in real
time. This control feature keeps a broker from seeing any SalesTrack data
that lies outside the broker's assigned territory.
- Those concerned about the Do Not Call compliance problem, can use our DNC
Management System, a system comprising continuous updates from the Direct
Marketing Association and state Do Not Call lists-all of which can be
integrated with your internal DNC database. The SalesTrack provides a "Do
Not Call" list management support service for telemarketers to ensure that
they are in compliance with the most up-to-date and accurate "Do Not Call"
